  The owner was very rude and condescending, claiming I didn't know the real world. He charged me $44 for putting my van in his lift, literally just looking at the radiator and taking it down again. Claims it took half an hour to do a five minute job. Told me my water pump was broken when it clearly wasn't. I've had many similar jobs done "in the real world" for a much more reasonable price. It's a shame to see that there are those in the industry that are more about making a quick buck than providing genuine service.
